CiaoAlfred provides a personal assistant available on the web, as an installed app and, if you enable it, on WhatsApp. It helps you organize tasks, notes, contacts, emails and appointments. The service evolves and some features may be offered as a pilot.

One account belongs to one person, verified by email and phone. You are responsible for access to your devices and for keeping your sign-in codes confidential.

The assistant prepares; you decide. No email is sent and no appointment is changed without your explicit confirmation of the exact content. You remain responsible for the messages you choose to send.

Answers are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. Check important information before relying on it.

You agree not to use CiaoAlfred for illegal activities, to send unsolicited messages, to circumvent usage limits, or to process third parties’ health data. Daily limits apply to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Google, WhatsApp and other connected services remain subject to their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

We do our best to provide an available and secure service but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, NoviaMind’s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages.

You can close your account at any time by writing to privacy@ciaoalfred.com. We may suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; for significant changes we will inform you in the app.
